9. All software is sold subject to the software publisher’s end user licence agreement (EULA), the terms of which the Customer agrees to adhere to.
1. Goods and services are invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of acceptance of the order.
2. The prices displayed are exclusive of any applicable taxes and delivery charges in the case of hardware products.
3. Skysecure reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time.
4. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. We will verify pricing when processing your order and before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product’s correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before dispatch to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.
1. Skysecure shall use reasonable endeavours to despatch goods by the date agreed with the customer, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays caused by delivery companies or manufacturer lead times. If a delay is likely, Skysecure shall contact the customer and advise of the delay. A customer who is a Consumer shall be entitled to cancel an order when advised of a delay if the revised delivery date is not acceptable.
2. In the case of a Business Customer, if Skysecure is unable to deliver the goods within the agreed delivery date, the Business Customer can, as its sole remedy, be entitled to cancel the order and require any monies paid to Skysecure in respect of that order to be refunded. In order to cancel, the Business Customer must send written notice of cancellation to Skysecure after the above date but before delivery of the goods or notification from Skysecure that the goods are ready for delivery.
3. In the case of Business Customers, Skysecure does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless the Business Customer notifies Skysecure of the shortage or damage in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. Consumers should notify shortages or damage within a reasonable period of becoming aware.
4. Business Customers are required to be able to accept the goods when they are ready for delivery within Normal Working Hours.
5. Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer’s nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to the Customer.
6. Title in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery.
7. If the Customer cannot accept delivery, Skysecure may at its option: (a) store and insure the goods at the Customer’s expense and risk or (b) sell the goods at the best price reasonably obtainable and (after deducting reasonable storage insurance and selling costs) pay to the Customer any excess over the sale price or charge the Customer for any shortfall or (c) re-arrange delivery provided that Skysecure may charge the Customer for the additional delivery costs incurred.
8. If the Customer cannot accept delivery, Skysecure may at its option: (a) store and insure the goods at the Customer’s expense and risk or (b) sell the goods at the best price reasonably obtainable and (after deducting reasonable storage insurance and selling costs) pay to the Customer any excess over the sale price or charge the Customer for any shortfall or (c) re-arrange delivery provided that Skysecure may charge the Customer for the additional delivery costs incurred.
1. Payment is due on presentation of invoice unless credit terms have been agreed in writing with Skysecure. Skysecure shall invoice Customer: on acceptance of the Customer’s order in respect of software; on the shipment in respect of hardware; on completion of professional services or monthly in arrears in respect of recurring services unless otherwise agreed in writing and in advance in respect of maintenance and support services.
2. If payment is not made on the due date, Skysecure will be entitled to charge the interest calculated daily and any additional damages due to late payment by the consumer at Skysecure’s discretion.
3. While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Platform, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
Exceeding the limit mutually agreed by You and between 'Bank/s', or
Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
4. Before shipping / delivering your order to you, Seller may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to Our Users.
5. You have specifically authorized Skysecure or its service providers to collect, process, facilitate and remit payments and/or the Transaction Price electronically or through Cash on Delivery to and from other Users in respect of transactions through Payment Facility.
6. You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by Skysecure is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment through Cash On Delivery, collection and remittance facility for the Transactions on the Skysecure Platform using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and Credit Card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing Payment Facility, Skysecure is neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the Transaction or the Transaction Price.
7. Skysecure reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions by Buyers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by Buyer with Skysecure or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or breach of any policy.
8. As required by applicable law, if the Customer makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above INR 50,000.00, the Customer will be required to update the PAN number.
9. All Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.
10. All online bank transfers from valid bank accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective issuing bank which supports payment facility to provide these services to the users. All such online bank transfers on payment facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between buyer and the respective issuing bank.

1. Skysecure makes every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications where these are changed by the manufacturer.
2. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, Skysecure is not the manufacturer of the products and services sold on this website. While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information to that displayed on our website. All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use.
1. Skysecure will communicate with the User via SMS, internet-based messaging services like WhatsApp, voice call, email, or any other alternate communication method the User provided at the time of order to confirm the demo request, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change, or any other information pertinent to the transaction or booking made by the User.
2. Skysecure may also get in touch with the User using the methods listed above on any pending or unsuccessful orders/demos to find out the User’s preferences for completing the order/demo and to assist the User in doing so.
3. The User hereby irrevocably consents to the following messages by Skysecure via SMS, voice call, email, web-based messaging services like WhatsApp, or any other mode.
4. According to the Telecom Regulation Authority of India’s (TRAI) guidelines, the communication must be:
upon the User’s request and authorization;
“transactional” and not an “unsolicited commercial communication,” and
following all applicable TRAI rules or those of similar authorities in India and abroad.
5. The User agrees to hold Skysecure from any losses or damages incurred by Skysecure as a result of any actions taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations), or any other authority in response to any incorrect complaint the User filed on Skysecure concerning the communications mentioned above, or as a result of the User providing a wrong number or email address for any reason at all.
