1. Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may request a refund under the following conditions:
Software Products & Digital Licenses:
- Refund requests must be made within 5 days of purchase.
- The software must not have been downloaded, installed, or activated.
- The license key must be unused and not registered with any device or user account.
- Refunds are not available for software purchased under promotional or discounted pricing unless specified.
Subscription-Based Services:
- If a customer is not satisfied with a subscription-based service, they may request a refund within 5 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused period of the subscription.
- Auto-renewals: Customers must cancel before renewal to avoid charges, as renewal payments are non-refundable.
Physical Products (if applicable):
- Physical products (such as security hardware) must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition within 5 days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Services (Consulting, Support, or Installation Fees):
- Refunds are not available for services already rendered.
- Partial refunds may be considered if the service was not fully delivered due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Downloaded or Activated Software: If the software has been installed, activated, or used, refunds are not possible.
- Third-Party Products: Purchases of third-party software or licenses are subject to the provider’s refund policy.
- Customized Solutions: Software or services customized for a client are non-refundable.
- Violation of Terms: If a refund request is due to misuse, abuse, or violation of Skysecure Technologies’ terms of service.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

- Order number
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of purchase
Review Process:
- Our team will review the request within 5 business days.
- Additional verification may be required (e.g., proof of non-activation).
Approval or Rejection:
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 25 to 30 business days to the original payment method. If rejected, the customer will be notified with the reason.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Skysecure Technologies before initiating chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Ineligibility for future purchases
